Q.01Who is eligible to apply to our hackathons?+
If you resonate with any of the archetypes above, our hackathons are for you. Expect the stakes to be high and the competition fierce - we are looking for the best of the best.
Q.02Is there a cost to attending our hackathons?+
No. Participation, meals, and materials are covered. Sponsors do not gain commercial rights over outputs, but challenge setters get a right of first refusal should you decide to commercialise.
Q.03Who owns what is built?+
Teams retain full authorship of anything that is built. Challenge setters retain a right of first refusal if you decide to commercialise what you build - meaning they get the first opportunity to license or buy the product.
Q.06What happens after the event?+
Continuation pathways: selected teams receive a six-month residency with the relevant policy desk. Alumni are invited to subsequent cohorts as mentors and peer-reviewers.
Q.07What prizes can I expect?+
The specific prizes will be announced closer to the event, but expect a combination of cash, mentorship from deep tech founders, and support to continue development after the event.
